Tina is a Northern Indiana professional specializing in strategic planning. Getting her feet wet in Human Resources as well as Business Development simultaneously in her early career, Tina realized her niche was somewhere in the middle. Under the tutelage of high performers in both Sales and Human Resources, she carved a path for herself where she would thrive as well as be an asset to others.

 

After spending nearly two decades in the oil, import and construction industries, Tina stepped out on her own. Leading Leaders to solutions, and helping them put their fires out. 

 

Tina shares her perfect fur-child, a dog named Elfi, with her husband Nick. Her days are spent between spending time in their community with friends and family, as well as running Gromski House Photography.
